Product Management
Monica began her career at ERS with a small role in 2013. Now, she primarily coordinates the product management of CRStar, keeping the application in the forefront of the registry industry. She is a valued member of the team and conquers the challenges of integrating ever-changing standards with other innovative ideas into the end product. Her role is a true hybrid of industry knowledge, research, and technical expertise. Monica also serves on three national NAACCR workgroup committees. She has a BA in Biology and a MS in Public Health Administration and is also a Certified Tumor Registrar. Monica has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Beyond her profession, she loves to travel, volunteers in her community and spends time with family.
