Our Cancer Center Showcase continues this month with Augusta Health located in Virginia’s beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Augusta Health’s main campus and cancer center are both located in Fishersville, VA, with 18 primary care, internal medicine and urgent care facilities serving the surrounding communities of the Shenandoah Valley.

Our Cancer Center Showcase series continues with The University of Kansas Cancer Center located in Kansas City, KS. The University of Kansas Health System is comprised of ten facilities and the cancer registry collects more than 7,000 cancer cases annually.
The University of Kansas Cancer Center’s first continuous CoC accreditation began in 1934 and they have received multiple Outstanding Achievement awards. UF Health is home to three not-for-profit hospital systems – UF Health Shands, UF Health Jacksonville and UF Health Central Florida – and includes 10 hospitals. It is part of one of the nation’s top 5 public research universities.

Our Cancer Center Showcase series continues this month with OU Health located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Oklahoma University Medical Center Cancer Registry was started in 1972 and since that time the health system has gone through a variety of expansions and integrations. Currently, OU Health is comprised of OU Medical Center, Children’s Hospital, OU Physicians, OU Children’s Physicians, the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and the Peggy and Charles Stephenson Oklahoma Cancer Center.
Henry Ford Health System
The first health system to be showcased in our new Health System Success Story series is the Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) in Detroit, Michigan. HFHS is one of ERS’s newest partner health systems and they are celebrating a huge milestone! This now CoC Integrated Network was one of the first of two facilities accredited by the CoC. HFHS was first accredited in October of 1931 and is celebrating their 90th continuous year of accreditation.
